My favorite benefit of Superconsumers are how vocal they are about your product. Whether its good or bad, they provide the best feedback. You can even use your competitor's Superconsumers to iterate on your own product and beat the competition. Great post!
Can categories be 4-7 words long? You mentioned this category which is long “Tailored health nutrition for cats & dogs,” wondering your take on them if needed to explain the category to be different?
Also, what if I have several products/services that I offer, but I want to create a new category for just one of them? should I make the one new product/service independent from my main site or remove the others and offer them on their own domains so my company is very focused on just this new category and how I have THE solution??

Most of the older posts that make up Snow Leopard on this Substack don't have audio function enabled. Any steer for a fan with a penchant for audio pedagogy?
