Question about letting the public know about my new category.
Just come up with my new Category & POV, we are planning a lightening strike early in 2023. What do you recommend I do:
1. start incorporating the category and pov into my works and media and world starts to see it?
OR
2. update and modify everything behind the scenes and don't leak the category until we know we are 100% ready to hit the ground running and the lightening strike is happening on time.
It would be incredible to have these in audio format. Sadly some of the older posts don’t have audio as Substack hadn’t added that feature yet. Would 💯 pay for that.
It's amazing what a good category design can do for your business. All of the upside, access to adjacent categories, little to no competition. Sign me up!
Another great article. I'm a big fan of going after your smallest viable market or audience, particularly for small businesses and content creators. But I understand where your coming from with regards to doing the work to create a Category that you can own. I created my own called Dog Whistle Branding. Stay tuned! Also, I'm doing the 30 ship 30!
