Short digital videos from a couple of legends? Yes, please.

Like any other platform, if people don't like what Musk, or Zuck, or Microsoft do with their platforms... then get off of them... When you live in a rental pad that no longer works, or the price goes up too high, or the cockroaches move in... what do you do? Find a new rental pad.

Social media apps are rented platforms with a rented audience. Just like renters... get tired of dealing with landlords?, then you go out and buy your own. Love the quote we're all "prisoners of the moment" and the speed at which things change... I have no problem paying $20/month for answers and a virtual assistant like ChatGPT...

Great video analysis! I've been an almost daily Twitter user for the last year and a half. I have nearly 6K tweets and I've gotten a lot out of the platform. I'm willing to pay for that value if it eventually means I can capture more of the upside.

Thanks for sharing this!

The video content here didn’t add anything. It was essentially a recorded conversation with b-roll (some of which repeated).

I got more out of listening and reading the transcript than seeing the generic, non-additive visuals.

The content is good. The video was unnecessary.

I seldom watch videos.

I can't browse videos. I can't search them. I can't add notes or highlights to them (as I can with PDFs). So when you give us videos, please add their transcript below their link.

I sort of doing like this approach versus having distilled newsletter content. Reading a transcript is not the same.

There’s a second opportunity Musk & co. missed. I had Twitter Blue (not the blue check) before the takeover. I could undo and/or edit tweets, there were almost zero ads, and a couple of smaller things like chat if the app icon colors. All of that for $2/mo. How many times have we all seen someone laugh/cry about no edit button?

I would’ve gladly paid more to keep it. I’m sure many many others would’ve as well. We weren’t asked. They just eliminated it.
